Ingredients
- •baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds
- •tablespoons olive oil
- •oz soft goat cheese (chevre), softened
- •1/2 cup fresh strawberries, thinly sliced
- •tablespoons balsamic glaze (or reduction)
- •teaspoon fresh mint, finely chopped (optional, for garnish)
- •Pinch of sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Prep Steps
- 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush both sides of the baguette slices with olive oil and arrange on a baking sheet. Toast for 8 minutes
