Festive Cranberry Brie and Rosemary Crostini

Ingredients

  • baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds
  • tablespoons olive oil
  • oz wheel of brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 cup whole cranberry sauce (canned or homemade)
  • tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • Pinch of sea salt

Prep Steps

  1. 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush both sides of the baguette slices with olive oil and arrange on a baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes
  2. 2minutes until lightly golden and crisp.
  3. 3Remove the crostini from the oven. Top each slice with a piece of brie cheese.
  4. 4Return to the oven for 3 minutes
  5. 5minutes, or until the brie is melted and gooey.
  6. 6Carefully remove from the oven and immediately top each with a small spoonful of cranberry sauce and a sprinkle of fresh rosemary.
  7. 7Drizzle with balsamic glaze and a tiny pinch of sea salt before serving warm.
