Ingredients

  • baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds
  • tablespoons olive oil
  • oz brie cheese, rind on, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded leftover roasted turkey
  • 1/4 cup leftover cranberry sauce (whole berry or jellied)
  • tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • Pinch of black pepper

Prep Steps

  1. 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush both sides of the baguette slices with olive oil and arrange them on a baking sheet.
