White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Dream Crostini

This sweet crostini is a delightful blend of creamy, crunchy, and rich flavors. A smooth white chocolate ganache is spread over a crisp, toasted baguette slice, then topped with buttery, toasted macadamia nuts and a drizzle of honey. It's the perfect indulgent bite to celebrate the day.

Ingredients

  • small baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds
  • tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • oz good quality white chocolate, finely chopped
  • 1/4-Pinch of sea salt
  • 1/2 cup macadamia nuts, roughly chopped
  • tablespoon honey, for drizzling
  • Pinch of sea salt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Brush baguette slices with melted butter and toast for 8 minutes
