Ingredients

  • small baguette, sliced 1/2-inch thick
  • tbsp olive oil
  • oz block of feta cheese, crumbled
  • tbsp Greek yogurt or cream cheese
  • Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
  • tbsp hot honey (or regular honey mixed with a pinch of chili flakes)
  • tsp fresh thyme leaves, for garnish

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush the baguette slices with olive oil and toast for 8 minutes

  3. While the bread cools, prepare the whipped feta. Combine the crumbled feta, Greek yogurt, and black pepper in a food processor.\n
