Sweet Peach Prosciutto Balsamic Crostini

The perfect blend of sweet and savory, this crostini features warm, caramelized peaches and salty prosciutto. The creamy ricotta and tangy balsamic glaze balance the flavors, all atop a crisp slice of toasted baguette.

  • 1/2 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
  • large ripe peach, sliced into 1/4-inch pieces
  • oz fresh ricotta cheese
  • oz thinly sliced prosciutto, torn into pieces
  • tbsp olive oil
  • tbsp honey
  • tbsp balsamic glaze

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Brush baguette slices with olive oil and toast for 5 minutes
