Ingredients

  • baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick pieces
  • tablespoons olive oil
  • cup fresh whole milk ricotta cheese
  • tablespoon honey, plus more for drizzling
  • teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/4-Pinch of sea salt
  • tablespoon fresh mint, thinly sliced (chiffonade)

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush both sides of the baguette slices with olive oil and arrange on a baking sheet.
  2. Toast for 8 minutes
