  • baguette, sliced 1/2 inch thick
  • tbsp olive oil
  • oz smoked pulled pork (pre
  • cooked)
  • tbsp BBQ sauce (tangy, vinegar
  • based)
  • oz crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup sliced strawberries
  • tsp fresh thyme leaves

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush baguette slices with olive oil and toast for 8 minutes

  3. While the bread toasts, gently warm the pulled pork and toss it with the BBQ sauce in a small saucepan.
  4. Spoon a generous layer of the smoky BBQ pulled pork onto each crostini.
