baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds
tablespoons olive oil
oz soft goat cheese, softened
1/2 cup fresh strawberries, thinly sliced
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
tablespoon honey
teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (optional)
tablespoon balsamic glaze

Method

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush both sides of the baguette slices with olive oil and toast on a baking sheet for 8 minutes

Once the crostini are cool enough to handle, spread a generous layer of the goat cheese mixture onto each slice.
