Ingredients

  • 1/2 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds
  • tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • oz mascarpone cheese, softened
  • tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • tablespoon aged balsamic glaze
  • teaspoon fresh mint, finely chopped (for garnish)

Prep Steps

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush both sides of the baguette slices with melted butter and arrange them on a baking sheet. Toast for 8 minutes
