Prosciutto, Gruyère, and Honey-Mustard Crostini

Ingredients

  • baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds
  • tbsp olive oil
  • oz Gruyère cheese, shredded
  • oz thinly sliced prosciutto
  • tbsp whole grain Dijon mustard
  • tbsp honey, plus extra for drizzling
  • tsp fresh thyme leaves

Prep Steps

  1. 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush both sides of the baguette slices with olive oil and toast on a baking sheet for 5 minutes

  3. 3While the bread toasts, mix the whole grain mustard and 1 tablespoon of honey in a small bowl to create the honey
