Ingredients

  • baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick pieces
  • tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • oz soft goat cheese (chèvre), softened
  • tablespoons heavy cream or milk
  • tablespoon finely chopped fresh thyme
  • teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1/4 cup toasted walnuts, roughly chopped
  • tablespoons high
  • quality honey (e.g., clover or wildflower)
  • Pinch of sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush both sides of the baguette slices with olive oil and arrange them on a baking sheet. Toast for 8 minutes
