  • 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 ounces high
  • quality dark chocolate (70% cacao or higher), finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • A pinch of sea salt flakes (for garnish)

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Brush the baguette slices with melted butter and bake for 8 minutes
