Ingredients

  • baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick pieces
  • tablespoons olive oil
  • oz cream cheese, softened
  • tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • slices prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • tablespoon honey, for drizzling
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush both sides of the baguette slices with olive oil and toast for 8 minutes
