  • 1/2 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds
  • tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • tbsp granulated sugar
  • oz mascarpone cheese, softened
  • tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • tsp lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • tsp balsamic glaze (optional, for garnish)

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Brush both sides of the baguette slices with melted butter and sprinkle lightly with granulated sugar. Toast for 8 minutes
