Ingredients

  • baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
  • tablespoons olive oil, plus more for brushing
  • clove garlic, minced
  • oz fresh spinach, roughly chopped
  • 1/4-Zest of 1/2 lemon
  • tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Zest of 1/2 lemon
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Prep Steps

  1. 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush baguette slices lightly with olive oil and toast for 8 minutes

  3. 3While the bread toasts, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
