  • 1 baguette, thinly sliced and toasted
  • 8 ounces mascarpone cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup honey, plus more for drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 6 fresh figs, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Method

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened mascarpone cheese, 1/4 cup honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Whip until light and fluffy.
  2. Arrange the toasted baguette slices on a serving platter.
