Ingredients

  • 1/2 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds
  • tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • oz dark chocolate (70% cacao), finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • teaspoon vanilla extract
  • cup mini marshmallows
  • Flaky sea salt, for garnish

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Brush baguette slices with melted butter and toast for 8 minutes

  3. Prepare the ganache: Heat heavy cream in a small saucepan until simmering. Remove from heat, add chopped dark chocolate and vanilla extract, and let sit for 5 minutes. Whisk until smooth and glossy.

  5. Top each crostini with a small cluster of mini marshmallows. Return to the oven or use a kitchen torch to toast the marshmallows until golden brown and gooey, about 1
