This crostini is a celebration of summer flavors, combining the creamy, tangy richness of frozen custard with the bright, sweet-tart burst of fresh raspberries.   • baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds
  • tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup vanilla frozen custard, slightly softened
  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
  • teaspoon lemon zest, for garnish

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Brush both sides of the baguette slices with melted butter and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over one side of the buttered bread slices.
