  • baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds
  • tablespoons olive oil
  • oz Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fig jam or preserves
  • slices prosciutto, thinly sliced and torn
  • tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • Fresh thyme sprigs, for garnish

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush both sides of the baguette slices with olive oil and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  2. Toast the crostini for 8 minutes
