This crostini transforms the classic cream cheese brownie into an elegant, bite-sized dessert. A crisp, buttery base is topped with a light, tangy cream cheese mousse, rich dark chocolate crumbles, and a vibrant raspberry drizzle. Ingredients

  • baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds
  • tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • tsp vanilla extract
  • tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup crumbled dark chocolate brownie (store
  • bought or homemade)
  • tbsp raspberry jam, warmed and strained
  • Pinch of sea salt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Brush both sides of the baguette slices with melted butter and a pinch of sea salt. Bake for 8 minutes

  3. In a small bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and heavy cream until light and fluffy. This is the cream cheese mousse.
  4. To assemble, spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mousse onto each cooled crostini.
  5. Sprinkle the top of the mousse with the crumbled dark chocolate brownie pieces.
  6. Drizzle the warmed, strained raspberry jam over the crostini just before serving for a final touch of color and fruitiness.
