Ingredients

  • baguette, sliced 1/2 inch thick
  • oz soft goat cheese (chevre), softened
  • tbsp dried cranberries, finely chopped
  • tsp orange zest
  • tbsp honey
  • slices prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish
  • Balsamic glaze, for drizzling
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method

  1. Prepare the crostini: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Brush baguette slices with olive oil and toast for 8 minutes
  2. minutes until golden and crisp. Set aside to cool.
  3. Make the topping: In a small bowl, whip the softened goat cheese with honey, chopped cranberries, and orange zest until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
