Cranberry Turkey Brie Thanksgiving Crostini

This festive crostini perfectly balances the savory richness of roasted turkey and creamy brie with the tart sweetness of homemade cranberry sauce. Served warm, the toasted bread provides a satisfying crunch, making it an ideal appetizer for your holiday gathering.

Ingredients

  • baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick pieces
  • tbsp olive oil
  • oz brie cheese, rind removed, sliced
  • oz leftover roasted turkey, shredded or thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce (whole berry or jellied)
  • tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • Pinch of salt and black pepper

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush both sides of the baguette slices with olive oil and toast on a baking sheet for 5 minutes
  2. minutes until lightly golden and crisp.
  3. Remove the crostini from the oven and top each slice with a piece of brie cheese and a small amount of shredded turkey.
  4. Return the crostini to the oven for 3 minutes

  6. Remove from the oven and immediately top each with a small dollop of cranberry sauce and a sprinkle of fresh thyme, salt, and pepper. Serve warm.
