  • baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds
  • tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • oz mascarpone cheese, softened
  • tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini semi
  • sweet chocolate chips
  • tablespoon finely chopped pecans or walnuts (optional, for garnish)

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Brush both sides of the baguette slices with melted butter, then sprinkle with the mixture of granulated sugar and cinnamon. Bake for 8 minutes
