  • baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds
  • tbsp olive oil
  • heads Belgian endive, thinly sliced
  • tsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white wine (or chicken broth)
  • oz Belgian blue cheese (or Gorgonzola/Roquefort), crumbled
  • 1/4 cup toasted walnuts, roughly chopped
  • tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for drizzle)

Prep Steps
